About Me

My background in Data stems from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where I majored in Statistics and a minor in Economics in addition to a few Computer Science courses that covered topics such as Python, Discrete Mathematics and Data Structures. My background has allowed me to deliver great value and analytics to big companies and their clients such as Accenture and now Optum while expanding my knowledge and learning in areas such as Azure, Tableau, Snowflake, Web development and Generative AI.

Born in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, I moved to Minnesota when I was 8 years old to Minnesota where I spent the majority of my life in the Twin Cities so the cold Minnesota has became a part of my life style and honestly it is not too bad once you get used to it.

Outside of work and Data Analytics, you can find me running, working out in the Gym whether it is calisthenics, lifting weights and on occasion yoga. I also enjoy cooking, eating out, reading autobiographies and investment books, investing in the stock market and studying the housing market as I have strong interest in Real Estate. I also enjoy traveling whether it's internationally or around the states depending on the budget.
